One apartment for 6 people with a very big lounge-terrace, this apartment can also be rented for 4 or 2 people who want a more spacious apartment with a large terrace. Please remember there is a price difference when you book for 4 or 6 people, this translates in the use of 2 or 3 bedrooms and one or 2 bathrooms.
All our apartments are located on the first floor in 2 adjacent buildings, the perfect place to enjoy Valencia with 2, 4, 6 or even 10 people.

The bedrooms are located at the back of the building so rally quiate, kitchen dining area and livingroom are located at the front of a building with amazing lights and vieuws of the nice park and the historical building 'Finca Roja'.
Our fourth apartment is the biggest of the four and has an amazing big lounge.terrace, a really unique feature in the center of Valencia. This apartment gives room to 4 people, completely renovated with 2 double bedrooms.
